Brickell

Plenty is happening these days in the Brickell area, which is our most famous residential condominium area close to Downtown Miami.  There were several condo residences built in the 1970's with buildings such as Brickell Place and Brickell Bay Club, however with the recent housing boom in Miami over the past 10 years, there have been a surge of newer condo buildings, such as the Icon, Epic, and Santa Maria now in the mix to offer a contemporary lifestyle by the water.

With this recent boom, Brickell has become extremely popular to both foreign national and domestic buyers, both choosing to invest and /or reside here.  A large diversity of people can be found browsing through newer shops and restaurants in Brickell and Mary Brickell Village.  Another plus about Brickell and Brickell Key is that you can hop on the causeway and be at Miami Beach in about 10 minutes.  Brickell is also conveniently located close to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and a quick ride to the Miami airport and Miami's Jackson / Univ. of Miami hospital district.  Call me for more insight into this area!
