I felt so comfortable with her because it was so apparent how knowledgeable of the process she was. She went way out of her way to help me. It was very clear to me that she is ethical with a strong moral compass.The last house I looked at I knew I wanted. The only problem was that It already had 4 contracts pending. Lisa suggested a negotiating strategy that resulted in the sellers accepting my contract over the other 4. The beauty of the strategy was that it did not cost me any more money. At the closing, I specifically asked the sellers why they chose my contract over the other 4 and they confirmed that it was what Lisa suggested. She walked me through the entire process. Explained everything to me. It didn't matter if I called her at night or on the weekends. She was so responsive. Lastly, she called me 2 mo's after closing to remind me to file my homestead exemption. It is very apparent that she loves what she does. I would recommend her to anyone. My experience is that she is not a 5 but a 6.
